Blue Cards

Blue Card Submission

In order to submit a blue card for final approval, it must:

1. Have your Scoutmaster's approval signature and date on the front (at start of merit badge)

2. Have all requirements completed and initialed by your merit badge counselor

3. Be signed and dated by your merit badge counselor (at finish of merit badge, in two places)

4. Be signed and dated by your Scoutmaster (at finish of merit badge)
